EXPRESS CLASSES 30 MINUTES

YOGA ALL LEVELS/FOR EVRYBODY Emphasis to sequenced posture, transition and flow: core warm up, progressing to holding postures, and finishing with seated postures. The back will be moved in six differing positions. A purpose of breath is the foundation to move, lightness to avoid pushing and forcing; upbeat, invigorating, strengthening, flexing, informative, reflective, and body and mind connection! Proper alignment and adjustment are emphasized during the holding postures and transitional sequence. Feel - you are physical while focusing on an inward direction.

Vinyasa Progressive use of breath, movement, and gaze to transition through holding postures then flowing movements into Vinyasa: one breath and one movement. Exciting and challenging while expanding your yoga developments of physical awareness, strength, flexibility, breath, and edge! The practice then finishes into seated postures and inversions to complete the challenge, the edge to a physical and mindful expansion – the yoga buzz. Rock, roll, shift, lean, stand, pump it up, and cool it down.

BALL & BOSU CHALLENGE YOUR CORE AND BALANCE USING STABILITY BALLS AND BOSU. WORK MULTIPLE MUSCLE MOVEMENTS SIMULATING REAL LIFE NEEDS FOR MOVEMENTS AND CHALLENGES. ANY FITNESS LEVEL YET CHALLENGING FOR THE ADVANCED
